Here are some instructions for your demo presentation at NODALIDA 2009 in Odense.
The demo session is scheduled at 14.00-14.45 on Friday. You are required to be available for questions and discussion during the whole demo session. You can set up your demo during the lunch break and leave it till the next coffee break, but please notice that the student poster session will start right after the demo sesson, so you are required to stop after the allocated time. The session chairs will be instructed to enforce time constraints strictly, so make sure to be well prepared.
Please make sure to place your demo at the correct board \u2013 the boards will be labelled with the name(s) of author(s) and the title.
