Here are some instructions for your poster presentation at NODALIDA 2009 in Odense.
The student poster session is scheduled at 14.50-15.30 on Friday, and the regular paper poster session is at 11.30-12.30 on Saturday.
You are required to be available for questions and discussion for the whole poster time. You can put up your poster during the lunch break (student session) or the coffee break (regular posters), and leave it on for the next break. Please remember to take it down before you leave.
Please make sure to place your poster at the correct board \u2013 the boards will be labelled with the name(s) of author(s) and the title.
The recommended size of a poster is A1 (59x84 cm), orientation: portrait.
